Our skilled, highly-trained machinists can turn the most intricate designs into finely-machined, accurate-to-the-last-detail molds for the injection process. The patience and dedication of these craftspeople is apparent as they mill, cut, and bore with microscopic precision on a project that may take several weeks to complete.

Aided by electronic controls, state-of-the-art, computerized machining equipment produces molds that meet and exceed the most exacting specifications. Other capabilities within this department include engraving, polishing, and intricate, computerized programming for use in the entire business operation. A total of 24 different machines are available in this department.
